The Charolette

With the Charolette, Emily and I will step in around the halfway mark when the Save the Dates start going out and organization really becomes key:

  • Consultation with Bride and Groom

  • Help nail down the perfect vendors

  • Make sure all deadlines are met

  • Advise or if needed set up Wedding website

  • Continued Communication with our Coordinators

  • Keeping tack of RSVPs

  • Preparing seating charts and day of timeline

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Wedding Day Coordination + detailed itineraries for photographers + videographers and hair + make up so that everything runs smoothly
